1. Services Offered
Texas Custom Cabinets provides custom cabinetry, woodworking, and general contracting services for residential remodeling projects. This may include coordination of subcontractors (e.g., plumbing, electrical, painting, counters, tile), scheduling, and management of the construction process. All services are tailored to each client’s project and discussed during the planning phase.
2. Estimates and Payment
All estimates are provided based on the scope of work requested and may change based on material costs, design revisions, or unforeseen site conditions. A written proposal will be provided outlining services, materials, and pricing.
A deposit is typically required to reserve your project on our schedule. Remaining payments are due according to the payment schedule detailed in the proposal. Online payments are accepted via secure checkout.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work and the involvement of third-party subcontractors and suppliers, refunds are not available once materials have been ordered or work has begun. If a project is canceled before that point, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion, less any planning or administrative fees.
4. Project Timelines
While we aim to complete projects within the estimated timeframe, delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or subcontractor availability may occur. We will communicate changes as soon as possible and work with you to adjust timelines as needed.
5. Warranty
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and coordination. If you experience an issue related to our workmanship, please contact us and we will assess and address the concern.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to manufacturer backorders, weather events, or subcontractor delays. Work is provided “as is” unless a separate warranty or guarantee is specified in writing.
